Indian exports cross USD 700 billion annually. Compliance for exporters layers IEC (mandatory 10-digit code), RCMC for export-incentive eligibility (RoDTEP, EPCG, MEIS legacy), LUT for zero-rated GST exports, SOFTEX for software, AD Bank routing for FEMA compliance, and category-specific (APEDA for agri, Spice Board, Tea Board, etc.). FilingLab handles end-to-end export setup.

What\'s unique about Exports & International Trade
IEC + RCMC
IEC (DGFT) is the basic export passport. RCMC from your Export Promotion Council (APEDA, Spice Board, FIEO, etc.) is needed to claim incentives.
LUT for zero-rated exports
File annually. Without it, exporters pay IGST on every shipment and claim refund (60-90 days). With LUT: zero IGST, ITC refund directly.
RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products)
Replaces MEIS. Up to 5% refund on FOB value. Needs IEC + RCMC + RoDTEP scheme registration. We do all three.
AD Bank + FEMA
Every export goes through your Authorised Dealer (AD) Bank — files BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) once payment received. SOFTEX for software exports above $10k.
Yes — LUT covers both goods + services exports. Software, design, consulting all qualify. Annual filing on GSTN portal.
Lifetime — but annual KYC update mandatory or DGFT auto-deactivates.
