Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair and transparent refund terms

1. General Principle

Professional fees cover our time and expertise from the moment we begin work. Refund eligibility depends on how far the work has progressed.


2. 100% Refund

If we fail to file your application within 30 days of receiving all documents due to our error or delay.

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND before we have started work.


3. 75% Refund

If you cancel after documents are collected but before government filing begins.


4. 50% Refund

If you cancel after we have drafted forms but before submission.


5. No Refund

After government filing — submission fees are paid and work is done.

Government fees are always non-refundable regardless of stage (government does not refund).

If application is rejected due to incorrect information provided by you.

Third-party fees (DSC, stamp duty) already paid on your behalf.


6. Rejection by Authority

If government rejects your application on merit (e.g., trademark similarity, name conflict), no refund applies. We will assist with re-filing at a discounted rate if eligible.


7. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@tecloudex.com from your registered email with: order number, reason, and supporting documents.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.


8. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our response, escalate to grievance@filinglab.com. Our Grievance Officer responds within 15 days.
