By accessing or using FilingLab, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

FilingLab provides professional assistance for company registration, GST, income tax, trademark, and compliance services. We act as authorized representatives/facilitators with various government portals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. By registering, you confirm all information provided is accurate.

4. Fees & Payments

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include professional charges + government fees + 18% GST (where stated).

Payment must be made in advance via Razorpay. Services commence only after payment confirmation.

Government fees are non-refundable once paid to respective authorities.

5. Service Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates based on standard processing. Delays due to government queries, public holidays, or incomplete documents from your side extend the timeline.

We make best efforts but do not guarantee government approval (e.g., rejected trademark applications, name approvals).

6. Refunds

Refund policy is detailed at /refund. In summary: full refund if we fail to file within 30 days due to our error; professional fee refund (minus work done) if you cancel before filing; government fees are non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and genuine documents.

Respond to queries and requests within 3 business days.

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

FilingLab's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including business losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on FilingLab (designs, text, logos) is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. You may close your account anytime by emailing contact@tecloudex.com.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
