Tracking Methods

1. From dashboard - Sign in, go to **My Orders** - Click any order to see the full timeline - Steps turn green as they complete

2. Without login - Visit /track - Enter order number + email - No login required

What each step means

• Consultation Call: CA scheduled with you
• Document Collection: Awaiting/receiving your documents
• Application Filing: Submitting to government portal
• Government Review: Waiting for official approval
• Certificate Delivery: Finalizing and sending certificates

You get WhatsApp + email notifications at every stage.
