How to upload documents securely


Our document portal uses bank-grade encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Here's how to upload:

Steps

  1. Sign in to your dashboard at /dashboard.
  2. Click Documents in the sidebar.
  3. Click Upload Document at the top-right.
  4. Choose the file (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC up to 20MB).
  5. Your assigned CA is notified automatically.

File format tips

  • PDFs are preferred for multi-page documents
  • Scan Aadhaar and PAN in 300 DPI color
  • File name: use clear names (e.g., "aadhaar-front.jpg")

What happens next?

Your CA reviews the document within 4 business hours. If approved, you'll see a green "Verified" badge. If rejected, you'll receive an SMS + email with the reason.
