Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an SMS OTP challenge to every login.

How to enable

1. Go to Profile in your dashboard
2. Click Security tab
3. Toggle Enable 2FA
4. Verify your phone with OTP

Once enabled, every sign-in requires OTP — even on trusted devices.

If you lose access to your phone

Email contact@tecloudex.com from your registered email. We'll verify identity via KYC documents and reset 2FA within 24 hours.
