A Nidhi Company is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) under Section 406 of the Companies Act 2013, dealing exclusively with its own members for savings and loans. Unlike NBFCs, Nidhis do not need RBI licensing — they are regulated by the MCA. Within 1 year of incorporation a Nidhi must enrol 200+ members and reach ₹20 lakh net-owned funds to apply for full Nidhi status (NDH-4).
Everything required for Nidhi Company Registration. Government statutory fees (MCA stamp duty, trademark filing fee, etc.) are charged at actual cost and shown separately before payment.
